SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

 

BRASV is actively seeking a dynamic Site Manager / Supervisor to manage our premium sites. BRASV has built a solid infrastructure and relationships, with the focus on maintaining and building trusted partnerships with our Clients. Our Clients are large commercial companies and independent schools across Sydney.

 

Duties and Responsibilities – Specific

  • Managing and supporting staff across all levels.
  • Provide a high level of supervision to the cleaning services to ensure the provision of the highest standards.
  • Liaising day to day with client requests.
  • Execute and log all weekly and Monthly required reports.
  • To monitor stock of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Continuously endorsing our Company Policies and standards.
  • Ensure all workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Scheduling Work Programs.
  • Strong customer focus and ability solve problems seamlessly.
  • Willingness to make a significant contribution to the management of your team.

Personal Competencies 

  • Good interpersonal skills and must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Commercial or Educational working environments.
  • Excellent management skills with a focus on quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all employees.
  • Hard working with vision to continuously improve.
  • Able to work autonomously/independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement innovative solutions.

 

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential.

FRONT LINE CLEANING STAFF

– Permanent/Part-time/Casual –

 

 

BRASV Group are currently recruiting for dedicated, active and responsible Cleaning Staff.

 

  • You must be eligible to work in Australia and provide supporting documentation.
  • You must be friendly and professional and excellent presentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be reliable
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Genuine passion for excellent customer service
  • Have a willingness to work and have a flexible approach to working morning and/or evening shifts.
  • Have a strong focus on time management and attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn, take on additional responsibilities and seek new challenges.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.

Experience in commercial or education sectors would be an advantage, but not essential.
