BRASV Group Pty Ltd recognises environmental sustainability as a core corporate priority. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint across all operations. We strive to protect, preserve, and improve the environment by embedding responsible practices into our business activities and by promoting a culture of environmental stewardship.

Policy Purpose

This policy guides the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Environmental Management System (EMS) as part of our Integrated Management System (IMS).
It ensures that all staff, suppliers, and stakeholders:

• Understand their environmental responsibilities.

• Contribute to sustainable outcomes.

Environmental Commitments

BRASV Group is committed to:

• Compliance – Meet or exceed all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and requirements at local, state, and federal levels.

• Pollution Prevention – Identify and minimise environmental risks and sources of pollution across operations.

• Sustainable Resource Use – Promote efficient use of energy, water, materials, and other resources.

• Waste Management – Reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible, ensuring safe and legal disposal of waste.

• Chemical Management – Use environmentally responsible cleaning products and ensure safe handling, storage, dilution, and disposal of chemicals.

• Continuous Improvement – Regularly review and update environmental objectives, targets, and practices in line with industry changes and stakeholder expectations.

Environmental Objectives

We aim to:

• Implement waste minimisation and effective recycling strategies across all sites.

• Ensure environmentally safe use and disposal of chemicals and cleaning agents.

• Conduct regular assessments of environmental hazards, risks, and impacts related to equipment and procedures.

• Engage suppliers and contractors who demonstrate environmentally responsible practices.

• Monitor and report on environmental performance with measurable targets and regular review.

Training and Awareness

BRASV Group will provide all staff—both frontline and managerial—with:

• Training on environmental responsibilities, emergency response, and safe chemical handling.

• Ongoing awareness programs to foster proactive environmental behaviour at every level of the organisation.

Management Responsibility

Top Management is accountable for:

• Setting clear environmental goals and providing resources for implementation.

• Leading a culture of environmental responsibility through visible commitment and action.

• Ensuring this policy is communicated, understood, and accessible to employees, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Policy Availability

This Environmental Policy is:

• Available upon request to all interested parties.

• Reviewed annually to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
